Driving Directions from Ulsan to Geoje Island (Okpo)

Long Directions: Glance at these every 15 minutes

Take Hwy 30 west toward Ulsan University from Lotte Department Store.

Merge onto expressway 16 IC (w) toward Busan

Continue on 16 IC (w) until you get to 1 IC (s) toward Busan

Follow 1/55/551 IC (s) and signs to Gimhe & Daejeo Junction to Daejeo Junction.

After the Daejeo Junction tollbooth (3,400 won) take 10 IC (w) toward Masan

Follow signs to Masan.

After the Masan tollbooth (2,600 won) keep left and continue toward Jinju to Naeseo.

Take the Naeseo exit number 1004.

Short Directions: Stop and read this near the tollbooth somewhere

After the Naeseo tollbooth (900 won) go through the first light.

Get into one of the middle lanes (be careful most lanes turn left & lines aren’t clear)

Turn left at the light.

Take your first right at the following light onto Hwy 5 toward Hwy 14 & Tongyeong.

Long Directions: Glance at these every 15 minutes

Follow the road until you get to the south end of Masan where you will see a large junction.

At the junction take the Goseong/Tongyeong exit that merges onto Hwy 14.

Continue on Hwy 14 toward Tongyeong.

After Goseong take the Goseong 35 IC toward Tongyeong

After the tollbooth (1,400 won), follow signs to Geoje on Hwy 14 and you will eventually get to Gohyeon/Okpo.
